Here is one version of tomato chaat that uses bhel puri mix.
Plum or small tomatoes sliced into discs
Bhel puri mix (store bought bag)
Sweet chutney/tamarind & data chutney (I like Deep Home Style brand)
Onions diced
Cilantro chopped
1. Arrange tomatoes on a plate.
2. Top with bhel puri mix.
3. Add quite a bit of sweet chutney.
4. Sprinkle on the onions and cilantro.
