Easy Tomato Bruschetta

Easy Bruschetta

Using canned tomatoes in bruschetta makes it a super easy appetizer and the tomatoes are always juicy and ripe!

1 baguette sliced into little rounds
Olive oil for brushing
1 can petite diced tomatoes drained
3 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Salt

  1. Brush baguette with olive oil and either bake until toasted or pan toast. You could also just use crackers!
  2. Mix everything together. Salt to taste (you need more salt than you think!).
  3. Let sit for 30 minutes to get the flavors going.
