This is a really simple and delicious way to make edamame. I didn’t specify the amount of butter or soy sauce, but it is easy to just guess on something like this! It is a perfect appetizer for an Asian style dinner.
1 pack frozen whole edamame
Salt
Butter
Soy sauce
1 Trader Joe’s frozen garlic cube
- Boil the edamame with salt until tender.
- In a small boil melt some butter with a little soy sauce and the garlic cube.
- Toss the edamame with the sauce and serve.
