Adapted from <a title=\"Bhindi Fry\" href=\"http:\/\/chefinyou.com\/2012\/07\/bhindi-fry\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chef in You Bindi Fry<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon coconut oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 pounds okra chopped<br \/>\n1 more tablespoon \u00a0coconut oil<br \/>\n1 teaspoon mustard seeds<br \/>\n1 tablespoon split urad dal<br \/>\n7-8 curry leaves<br \/>\n1 onion chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon turmeric<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon chili powder<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oil in a wok and fry the okra over medium high heat stirring often until the okra is tender. Remove from pan.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the rest of the oil in the wok and add the mustard seeds and urad dal. Once the mustard seeds start to pop and the dal is browned, add the curry leaves.
