Cabbage sambharo is super easy to make. You just temper mustard seeds, green chilis and saute the cabbage for a few minutes. Add salt and voila! The chips are light and crunchy and a perfect match.<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tablespoons oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoon mustard seeds<br \/>\n2 green chilis chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 cabbage cut into chunks<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon turmeric<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Heat oil in a saute pan and add the mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds starts to pop, add the green chilis and cook for a couple of minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Add the cabbage, turmeric and salt, and cook stirring often until the cabbage just starts to soften.
