Watch them very carefully. I generally have too cook 2 batches because I burn the first batch!<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Heat olive oil in a little sauce pan and then add the onions. Cook until browned.<\/li>\n<li>Add the ras el hanout, tomatoes and raisins, and cook for a minute or so.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chick peas and water and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the couscous, cover, turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
