I was reading an article in Men’s Journal that talked about how good fresh juice is for you, so\u00a0I picked up spinach this morning thinking that maybe my husband could add some greens to his protein shakes. I thought I would give it a whirl first and make a shake of my own to have with some cheese for a snack. But then I did a Target run and there was a Taco Bell across the street and I was starving and well…I hadn’t tried the new Dorito Locos Tacos Supreme! I don’t think I’ve had fast food since last Summer, so it was about time. Oh my was that taco scrumptious! Anyways, I still wanted to try the spinach in something so I went for a pineapple spinach juice instead. I did a simpler version of this<\/a> recipe. It turned our really nice and frothy.<\/p>\n

1 cup pineapple (I used Trader Joe’s frozen and microwaved it a little because I didn’t want a smoothy)
\n2 handfulls spinach
\nSqueeze of honey
\n1 cup cold water<\/p>\n
