I decided to pick up some Soyrizo a couple of weeks ago for a different breakfast and it was quite good! Spicy and flavorful and great with eggs. We had the Soyrizo eggs with flour tortillas and homemade Smokey Tomato Salsa<\/a> which gets its smokiness from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Soy Chorizo Eggs<\/span><\/p>\n

1 teaspoon oil
\n1\/4 package Soyrizo<\/a>
\n4 eggs scrambled<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Heat oil in a small skillet.<\/li>\n
  2. Add Soyrizo until it browns a little.<\/li>\n
  3. Add eggs and scramble until cooked through.<\/li>\n
  4. Serve with smokey tomato salsa, flour tortillas, and sour cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
